Manko Park

Nestled between Naha City and Tomigusuku City, Manko Park is filled with tropical and sub-tropical plants and a mangrove filled with waterbirds, which gained it recognition in the Ramsar Convention. Popular for bird-watching, walking, and running, take your time or break a sweat at Manko Park. During the winter months, many birds can be seen migrating, and this draws many bird-watchers to the park. With slides and playgrounds, it is also a popular place with families.
Every year when the cherry trees bloom, the Naha Chura Sakura Festival is held.
