Jam's TACOS is an Okinawan-style taco and taco rice restaurant.
Our unique blend of high-quality corn flour gives our tacos a crunchy yet moist texture. A staple food of Okinawans cuisine, taco rice is a plate of rice topped with crunchy fresh vegetables and a generous portion of tacos meat - which is cooked by our chefs every morning - and our special handmade salsa sauce.
After tasting tacos from all over Okinawa, and after extensive testing, the owner came up with our signature "salt taco", an original recipe that makes the texture and flavor of the taco shell stand out even more.
