Located right in the Tsuboya district, Ikutoen has been making local Tsuboya-yaki ceramics for more than three centuries. All pieces are made by experienced artisans from clay and glaze prepared by hand.
The Arakusa senbori series all feature unique, hand-carved decorations. Equally remarkable are the shisa lions made in the authentic style of the flate master Takaesu Ikuo.

It is also possible to see the potters at work.
