We have all the classics of Okinawan cuisine: bitter melon stir-fry, simmered pork belly, pig's trotters, carrot and egg stir-fry, and many seafood dishes.
We use plenty of local ingredients, and fresh (and even live!) fish shipped directly from the ports and markets of the prefecture.
Choose your fish from one of the tanks and have it cooked and prepared the way you like.
The restaurant has a counter, as well sunken kotatsu tables, tatami seats, a large banquet room, and regular table seating for a variety of occasions.
Come enjoy some awamori and tropical drinks, and a traditional Okinawan music show free of charge! Requests are welcome! Surprises and special celebrations available upon request (at the time of reservation).
